(She also happens to raise a flock of backyard chickens in the heart of Downtown — yes, really.) But Nancy brings more than neighborhood knowledge to the table. After 25+ years as a swimwear design executive — building brands, forging retailer relationships, and keeping operations running like clockwork — she has a rare eye for potential. She doesn't just show you a house; she helps you see what it could become.
